Help With Your Prescribed Intolerances
My goal is to give you a good foundation for your intolerances. Most people only need to see me once.
Our conversation can be in person, a video chat, or a phone call, depending on your location and preferences.
I like to go over the foods that you're eating for each meal currently, and show you what ingredients are a problem for your intolerances. I answer your questions, and then will email you additional information.

The follow-up email includes:

A one-week meal plan for your intolerances with breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks, and desserts.

Recipes and food products that go with the meal plan.

Alternative products to the ones we discussed in the meeting.
